IMPORTANCE

Having the right product, in the right place, in the right quantity and at the right time is the objective facing inventory management and warehouse administration. Traditional inventory management techniques based on static parameters are currently not sufficient to ensure reliable and consistent operation.

Service level problems associated with variable customer demand have motivated companies to use inadequate inventory management practices that represent large investments of capital and time.

In this workshop, strategies, methodologies and tools are reviewed that allow improving stock and warehouse management in an environment of continuous change, responding to the organization's commercial strategies.
